Empower Care is passionate about providing supports and services that will improve quality of life for our NDIS participants. We work with you and your family to provide a carefully designed and flexible service model. Our exceptional staff, support coordinators and support workers make every effort to meet your needs, offer you more choices, and achieve greater independence.

Community Participation

The things you do outside of your home are important. We support you in participating by working closely with you and your support networks. We will work together to identify community-based activities you are most interested in doing. We ensure every activity aligns with your interests and is suitable for your current communication and social skills. These activities take place in the community and may be within a group or a one-on-one setting.

Support Independent Living (SIL)

Empower Care is here to help you live as independently as possible, either in your own home or a home managed by us. We listen to your needs, interests and goals in order to provide the best possible programs to support you at home. Our flexible, highly skilled staff support you to reach your full potential and enjoy a fulfilling home life. We will also work with you on skill development strategies that will help you enjoy greater independence in your daily life.

Support Coordinators

We know that managing your NDIS plan can be a big challenge, which is why we are here to help. Our Support Coordinators are trained to provide you with the right level of support at the right time and have a thorough understanding of what it means to be on the NDIS. Our coordinators work closely with you to help you identify your needs, access personalised supports and make sure you are matched with the right services under the NDIS. We want all our clients, who receive supports from us, to have a good quality of life and feel supported by their community.
